I’m developing a Walking Companion: a guided creative podcast, in partnership with DMJ Imagery Ltd, Brandon Creative Forum and Creative People and Places: Market Place
The podcast will eventually be available to download to take on a walk at the Brandon Country Park in West Suffolk, after it has been developed and piloted with the Brandon Creative Forum group
During the guided podcast walking experience, listeners will be invited to take notice of their surroundings through simple creative techniques that help tune into the environment, habitats and weather of the season
This project builds upon the Let’s Take a Walk project, commissioned by Creative People and Places: Market Places in 2020, which was a guided creative walk led over WhatsApp. The previously commissioned remote walking project in 2020 was part of the Creative Conversations in Isolation micro-commission, funded by Arts Council England in response to the pandemic
