I have been commissioned by Creative Arts East to create resources for Our Day Out, an award-winning programme of free, inclusive, high-quality creative workshops for older people in Norfolk.
For the Creative Wellbeing Pack, I’ll be putting together a series accessible festive-inspired resources – audio, text/images how-to guides and videos – inspired by music and movement, including textile arts, drawing and working with found and recycled objects.
